I Scream for Waffles is a food truck based out of Eugene, OR. We are the fourth owners, continuing their menu but adding a little bit of our own spice to it. Waffles sandwiches, house made small batch locally sourced ice cream, wraps, tacos, and more! We like to keep food on our menu that is both interesting and fun, along with some more basic options - this even goes with our ice cream flavors, which change up slightly each week!

We change locations frequently, both being a food truck and how our sales are doing at a specific location.
